La reconectarea energiei de către furnizor s-a produs un scurtcircuit, iar echipamentul de comutare automată a surselor de alimentare (AAR) s-a defectat. Sala nr. 1 funcționează normal. При повторном подключении электроэнергии поставщиком произошло короткое замыкание, и устройство автоматического ввода резерва (АВР) вышло из строя. Зал № 1 работает в штатном режиме.
